Co-Director, Naomi Holtring, is Managing Partner of interMEDIATE Dispute Management, a Nationally Accredited Mediator, workplace trainer, facilitator, NLP Practitioner, Vice President of ADRA (Australian Dispute Resolution Association), and member of LEADR. Naomi chaired and presented at the inaugural Bullying Conference in Sydney billing Fair Work Australia.
She has been a conference convenor with the NSW Department of Juvenile Justice since 2010 and is listed on the NSW Police panel for mediation. Naomi has mediated and trained staff in government departments, and delivered training in identification, prevention and management of bullying and harassment in the workplace for numerous schools, hospitals and community-based organisations. She is specialised in areas including, but not limited to, workplace dispute resolution, family mediation, Co-mediation, mediation, facilitation, supervision and conflict management coaching.
Naomi currently runs the Sydney Mediation Practice Group which meets every Monday at North Ryde to keep newly trained and interested mediators optimise their skills and monetise their mediation practice.
