Jean-Marcel Malliaté

Co-Director, Jean-Marcel Malliaté, is Principal Mediator, workplace trainer, Nationally Accredited, a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and clinical supervisor of interMEDIATE Dispute Management. He is also the senior trainer and accreditation officer with interMEDIATE for their Nationally Accredited Mediator Training Program, the 5 Day + 2 and is on the board of ADRA. Previously a TAFE teacher, holds certification in workplace training and assessing, has also worked as a workplace behaviour advisor, workplace investigator with NSW Health and a conference convenor with the NSW Department of Juvenile Justice and senior trainer of mediators, a Family Law Mediator with Relationships Australia; Centacare and Interrelate Family Relationships Centres.

He has trained approximately 230 mediators in the co-mediation model and personally presented to over 4900 NSW government staff, lectures in identifying, preventing and managing workplace bullying and harassment and has handled many corporate and individual cases in dispute resolution. He is specialised in areas including, but not limited to, mediation, facilitation, conflict management coaching, workplace investigation and training in identifying, preventing and managing bullying and harassment.
