Andrew is currently the Assistant Treasurer and Administrator at the Australian Dispute Resolution Association. He completed his Bachelor of Arts-Psychology (First Class Honours) with Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Macquarie University. Andrew's Psychology Honours thesis examined the effect of parenting behaviours on adolescent anxiety.
Andrew has knowledge and experience in both fields of psychology and law. In the legal field, he has worked as a paralegal at Legal Aid and a legal researcher. In psychology, he has worked as a behaviour therapist with children on the autism spectrum and behavioural management issues, a psychological assessor for recruitment purposes, and a clinical research assistant at Macquarie University. Andrew has experience working with vulnerable populations, such as offenders. Andrew is currently working at H & H Lawyers as a Law Graduate while studying a Master of Clinical Psychology at Western Sydney University.
Andrew is in the process of obtaining his practising certificate as a lawyer and registration as a psychologist.
