Her expertise includes international investment law and dispute settlement. She is the author of The European Union and International Investment Law Reform: Between Aspirations and Reality (Cambridge University Press\, 2023). Dr Damjanovic leads the EU Centre of Excellence in Critical Minerals at the University of Canberra and collaborates on a range of research projects across Australia and Europe. Before joining academia\, she served as a member of the Croatian diplomatic service\, and later as a trade adviser to the Delegation of the European Union in Australia. \n\n\n\nDr Damjanovic holds a PhD from the Australian National University\, and master degrees from the University College Dublin and the University of Zagreb. She qualified as an Australian lawyer. The event convened over 60 heads of state\, along with nearly 830 top CEOs\, to address a complex\, fragmented geopolitical landscape and foster cooperation on global economic challenges. Dr Konstantin Pavlidis\, our Keynote speaker\, attended the World Economic Forum\, along with his colleague\, Sanjeev Kumar Srivastava\, who is also attending our conference/ workshop (ie our workconf). \n\n\n\nThis workconf will consider the concept of Physiconomy proposed by Dr Konstantin at the World Forum\, to develop a global economy\, which\, like nature\, minimises losses by effectively using all its resources cooperatively.
