Helen Miedzinski is the Principal Lawyer for the firm H A Miedzinski Lawyers. Through her 20 years of experience, Helen has become a skilled mediator and an expert in family law, wills, estates, and Succession Act matters.

Helen was admitted as a Legal Practitioner to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1994 and Legal Practitioner to the High Court of Australia in 2000, Attorney General Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner in 2008 and nationally accredited Mediator in 2012. She has also been a Conflict Management Coach since 2016. Helen has extensive legal knowledge as well as a deep understanding of alternative dispute resolution processes creating a perfect balance in assisting all clients, families and businesses.

Helen enjoys working with people and helping them resolve their issues through alternative dispute resolution. She spends time listening to each of her clients and she customises her services to fit their individual needs. Her exceptional skills and compassion have garnered her many loyal clients, who value her as both a lawyer and as a trusted confidant.

In her spare time, Helen likes to give back to her community, regularly offering free will advice through the Salvation Army. She also loves cooking, dancing, getting out into nature, watching music and theatre performances, and spending time with her family and friends.
