Anne Ardagh is a former member, Professorial Staff (law) and a Head of School, Charles Sturt University (CSU) where she developed an online graduate program in dispute resolution in 1995 and remains a member of the Course Advisory Committee for the Dispute Resolution Program at CSU and a member of the mediation teaching staff. She has written extensive learning materials on dispute resolution and has researched and published numerous books and articles in law and dispute resolution. She is a member of the California Bar.

Anne is an experienced mediator who has supervised a panel of mediators for the Community Justice Centre in Wagga Wagga. Anne has been a mediator since 1992 having first studied mediation in the United States. She oversaw the pilot program for Community Youth Conferencing in Wagga in 1996-98. She was a member of the Community Justice Centres (CJC) Professional Reference Group 2001-2007 and is a CJC Trainer, Assessor and mentor. She has been a CJC accredited mediator since 1994. She is also LEADR (RI) accredited and has done extensive management consulting in mediation and facilitation.

She has been a member of the New South Wales Legal Aid Commission’s Family Law Conferencing panel since 2000 and has held ministerial appointments to the New South Wales Health Care Complaints Commission Conciliation panel since 2003. She is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and accredited under the National Mediator Accreditation System (since 2008). She has been a member of ADRA since 1997; recipient of 2015 inaugural award as an ADRA Fellow for “outstanding contribution to Australian Dispute Resolution”.
