With the constant bombardment of information from social media, the internet and other news forms, many people are feeling more and more disempowered. The ADRA/PAVE workconf aims to address this imbalance by demonstrating how Dispute Resolution is not only a significant social change process, as demonstrated by ADRA’s Mongolia project, but also an empowering tool in any lifestyle that makes every life manageable, even if not perfect. In addition, to be manageable, every human life is interconnected with local and global economies, which now more than ever need to remain sustainable.
The 56th World Economic Forum Annual Meeting took place in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland, from January 19–23, 2026, under the theme “A Spirit of Dialogue”. which emphasised finding common ground and fostering collaboration in a divided world. The event convened over 60 heads of state, along with nearly 830 top CEOs, to address a complex, fragmented geopolitical landscape and foster cooperation on global economic challenges. Dr Konstantin Pavlidis, our Keynote speaker, attended the World Economic Forum, along with his colleague, Sanjeev Kumar Srivastava, who is also attending our conference/ workshop (ie our workconf).
This workconf will consider the concept of Physiconomy proposed by Dr Konstantin at the World Forum, to develop a global economy, which, like nature, minimises losses by effectively using all its resources cooperatively. The take-home message of each speaker at the workconf will be considered in addition to any participation from the audience to develop a new ‘Movement’ where Mind Health combines with Dispute Resolution to address the complex, fragmented geopolitical landscape we have developed and foster cooperation on global economic challenges.
Please see below our programme. Note that attendees in Australia earn 16 CPD points.
