What is an incorporated association and how does it differ from a company? How is it governed? What rules does it have to comply with? What are the powers and duties of ordinary members and committee members of the association?
This seminar is intended to provide members with a general understanding of the legal framework under which they and the committee operate. No prior knowledge is assumed and the seminar will be conducted in an interactive format with members encouraged to participate and ask questions.
