Sam Bektas B.Ec. LL.B. (Monash); LL.M. (The College of Law); NMAS

Sam graduated from Monash University with degrees in Economics and Law over 20 years ago.

Sam recently completed his Master of Laws degree with Dual Majors in Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation, earning an Academic Award – the Certificate of High Achievement – from The College of Law for his work on Dispute Resolution Processes, where he finished at the top of his class.

As a Mediator, Sam enjoys helping people to resolve disputes and avoid litigation – channelling their energies to achieving cost-effective, confidential and certain outcomes to their civil and commercial disputes. 

He is married, a proud father of 3 and enjoys cycling, playing tennis and restoring classic cars in his spare time.
