I am Wayne Black, a seasoned Architect with over 40 years of experience in Design and Construction. As a Registered Architect and a member of various architectural associations, I am diverse in Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), offering services as an Accredited Expert Determiner in Building Construction and Architecture. I can also facilitate Mediation and Negotiation and Witness Reporting and reports as an expert. ADR offers numerous advantages and benefits.

I am committed to excellence, evident in my registration as a practicing Architect with ARBNSW and memberships in professional organizations, including the Australian Institute of Architects, Association of Consulting Architects, and the Architects Association of NSW Inc. In addition to my ADR services, I also contribute to the industry as a Service Provider for iCare HBCF – BCRP
